MultiPark Amsterdam – Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. MultiPark Amsterdam does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us or to third-party servers. All data you choose to enter—such as parking-portal credentials—resides only on your device.

2. What stays on your device

No analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, or crash-reporting services are used. The app makes network calls only to:

The official Gemeente Amsterdam open-data endpoint to fetch updated parking-zone polygons—sent anonymously, with no identifiers or personal data attached.
The municipality parking website when you initiate a login; credentials are sent securely via HTTPS and never logged by us.

3. No data collection, no profiling

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not build usage profiles, show targeted ads, or share data with anyone—ever.

4. Your control

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by:

Removing individual credentials or licence plates in the app’s Settings ▸ Manage Data, or
Uninstalling the app, which erases all associated data from your device.

5. Your GDPR rights

While we do not hold your data, GDPR grants you rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability. Because all data is on your device, exercising these rights is immediate and self-service. If you need help, email us at vijay@cloudvistasolutions.com.

6. Children’s privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We intentionally collect no data from anyone, including children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this text for legal or functional reasons. Any change is effective once the new policy is published in the App Store listing and inside the app (Settings ▸ Privacy Policy). We will not make changes that retroactively permit data collection.
